Before submitting the request, please make sure:

Returns must be applied within 3 days of delivery.
2. Condition of the Product
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
3. Required Proof
For any damaged / missing / wrong product claim:
You must attach a full unboxing video showing:
Package from all sides
Open box
Product condition clearly
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened food or consumable products
Used personal care items
Customized or personalized items
Clearance sale items
Digital or downloadable products

Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange product pickup or guide you on returning it.
After inspection, refund/exchange will be processed as per our policy.
