1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged or defective

  • It is different from what you ordered

  • It has missing parts or accessories

  • You received the wrong quantity

To be eligible:

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A valid unboxing video is required for damaged or missing products

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Food products or consumables

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products purchased on clearance sale

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items without complete packaging or missing accessories

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to the Return Request page on our website

  2. Fill in the form with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Wallet, etc.)

Important:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

Exchange eligibility:

  • Product must be unused

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if:

  • The product has not yet been shipped

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued within 7 working days

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Delivery Issues

If your product is:

  • Not delivered

  • Returned to us due to unreachable address

  • Delayed beyond the normal delivery period
